On board a P & O Strathardle Class cargo liner during fitting out at the Mitsui Zosen shipyard at Tamano, Japan. The photographer is on the starboard side of the superstructure looking forward and slightly to port showing the six deck cranes, the open hatches and the base of the Stulcken derrick and mast support. The ship is close to completion. The three ships built at this yard are the Strathardle delivered in January 1967, Strathbrora delivered on 31 March 1967 and the Strathconon delivered in mid June 1967.
