This plan bears the signature of Sir Stanley Vernon Goodall [Director of Naval Construction 1936-1944] These submarines were ordered from Scott's Shipbuilding on 13 January 1941 and then cancelled in September 1941. A note on the plan states that the plan was downgraded to unclassified dated 20 February 1985. This plan is noted as Sheet Number 2.
