A port broadside view of the P & O refrigerated cargo ship Strathardle (1967) loading cargo alongside a wharf in a Japanese port. A few local craft are alongside. The Strathardle was handed over to P & O on 20 January and loaded cargo at Kobe before sailing for Yokohama on 26 January. After loading more cargo at Yokohama she sailed on 3 February for Hong Kong to continue her maiden voyage to London.
