A distant port bow view of the Norwegian general cargo ship Arcturus (1947) alongside a wharf at Rotterdam. She is partially obscured by the quayside and a crane. A three storey building on the end of the wharf has the word "Burger" on its roof. The bow of the Swedish cargo ship Bele (1937) is on the right of the picture. Transparencies numbers PCT1396 to PCT1402 were taken on the same occasion.
