Loading a cable reel on board a Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cargo liner of the Strathardle class (1967) in a London Dock. The cable is manufactured by B.I.C.C. of Erith, Kent, and is being lowered into number five hold by the ship's own crane.
