The general cargo ship Arawatta (1958) loading bales of wool at a wharf in Sydney, New South Wales. The ship is berthed port side to the quay. The photographer is on the quayside near the back of a lorry, which has wool bales on it,and he is looking to starboard and aft showing men standing by the ship's midship house rail watching stevedores moving wool bales ready for hoisting aboard. Transparencies numbers PCT1426 to PCT1436 were taken on the same occasion.
