Bottom hull sections for a cargo ship on the building berth in an unknown shipyard. The photographer is looking down and towards the stern from a crane tower situated at the port forward end of the berth. The end of the berth has a caisson or similar structure to keep the water out. Two other ships are under construction on the left and the tower crane on the right has the number 25 on it. Three ships appear to be fitting out in the background.
