Malacca (cancelled 1841)

Scale 1:24. Plan shows the midship section with oak scantlings for the Spartan class frigate Malacca (cancelled 1841). This plan has been signed by William Symonds [Surveyor of the Royal Navy 1832-1847]. A note on the plan states that it was returned from India on 12 December 1843. There is a tear at the right hand edge of the drawing. A note regarding teak scantling is present on the drawing.
