The drawing bears the signature of Admiral Sir Baldwin Wake Walker [Surveyor of the Navy 1848-1859], Isaac Watts [First Assistant Surveyor 1859], Joseph Large [Second Assistant Surveyor 1859] and James Luke [Inspecting Officer 1859]. The title of the plan is "Sheer draught of Gun Boats of 268 Tons and 60 H.P. building by contract by Messrs Briggs at Sunderland".
