P & O junior pursers and purser cadets being hauled across a water feature on a pulley wire at HMS Royal Arthur, Corsham, Wiltshire, while they are on a leadership course. The three cadets are holding onto a wooden pole which is suspended under the wire. Their feet are dragging through the water and they are being watched by the other members of the course. The cadets are on a rugged two week course meant to build leadership qualities and team spirit. Negatives number PM1899/1 to PM1906/20 were taken during the same course.
