Three P. & O. junior pursers or purser cadets climbing over a high brick wall at HMS Royal Arthur, Corsham, Wiltshire, while on a leadership course. One of the cadets is laying across the top of the wall while his ankles are being held by the second cadet. The third cadet is on his hands and knees providing a step. Their colleagues are watching from the background and one of the training officers is in the foreground. The cadets are on a rugged two week course meant to build leadership qualities and team spirit. Negatives number PM1899/1 to PM1906/20 were taken during the same course.
