A group of P. & O. junior pursers or purser cadets getting a Land Rover over a timber obstacle in the grounds of HMS Royal Arthur, Corsham, Wiltshire, while on a leadership course. Wooden boards are being used as tracks for the Land Rover to drive over. A car park is in the background. The cadets are on a rugged two week course meant to build leadership qualities and team spirit. Negatives number PM1899/1 to PM1906/20 were taken during the same course.
