A number of donkeys and 2-wheeled carts on a shingle are in Karachi, Pakistan. The carts are empty and tipped up and each cart has a donkey standing by the side of it. The photographer is the Third officer of the Overseas Tankship tanker Caltex Melbourne (1945) and is on a run ashore.
