Johns [Director of Naval Construction [Director of Naval Construction 1930-1936]. A Scotts Shipbuilding stamp, dated 3 January 1935 is present on the plan. A Vickers Armstrong Naval yard stamp, dated 30 January 1935 is present on the drawing.
