Boy trainees working with braided rope on the port side of the foredeck on board the 3-masted topsail schooner Malcolm Miller (1968) while under sail, possibly in The Solent. The accommodation skylight is on the right with the foremast fiferail ahead of it. Some of the braided rope is badly kinked. The photographer is looking forward and down from the port forward end of the deckhouse top.
