Looking forward showing a team of trainees taking in the headsails on board the 3-masted topsail schooner Sir Winston Churchill (1966) when in the River Test approaching Southampton Docks. One boy is standing on the fore staysail boom pulling down the head of the sail. Other boys are sorting out the three jibs which have already been taken in but not yet stowed. The photographer is on the port side of the foredeck just forward of the foremast. Marchwood Power Station is in the left background.
