Young male trainees working on the bowsprit running rigging on board the 3-masted topsail schooner Sir Winston Churchill (1966) while under sail in the Solent area. Two of the lads are on the port side of the bowsprit netting and one is on the foredeck by the heel of the bowsprit. Two of the boys are looking at the photographer. The inner and outer jibs are set and the flying jib is stowed. The port anchor davit is rigged.
