A port broadside view of the Danish sail training ship Danmark (1933) under sail in the Solent.
A port broadside view of the Danish sail training ship Danmark (1933) under sail in the Solent. She is in very light winds and has all of her sails set except for the mizzen course and spanker. Her anchor is hanging down in the water. Beyond her, and also seen from off the port beam, is the Norwegian sail training ship Christian Radich (1937). She has her three courses furled. A Yachting World Day Boat with the sail number 266 is in the foreground.
