The photographer is standing on the port side of the ship looking down at the workers on the quayside. 5 women are picking up white boxes of yams from a wooden pallet, whilst a Jamaican man wearing a safety helmet is walking past them. A man driving a forklift truck is passing behind the women. A partial view of a Jamaican man on a bycycle is visible on the right side. Wooden pallets and corregated iron quayside buildings are visible in the background. This is Slide 12 of Captain Henry P.
