The foremast of the 3-masted topsail schooner Sir Winston Churchill (1966) being swung aboard the ship while she is alongside the East Branch Dock in Tilbury Docks, Essex, during her annual refit. The quayside crane E883 is swinging the mast over the ship's bulwark. The Sir Winston Churchill is berthed port side to the quay and is seen from off her port bow with her mainmast in position but the mizzen is still missing. Astern of the Churchill is the cargo liner Glenfalloch (1963) and on the opposite side of the dock is the cargo ship Montevideo (1954). Negative numbers P50605 to P50630 were taken on the same occasion.
