The photographer is standing on the starboard side of Jamaica Planter. The emblem of the international health organisation Project Hope is painted on the funnel. The emblem consists of a globe with a red border. Some of the words in the border are obscured, but the words "Project Hope" are visible in the border on the bottom of the emblem.
