Two of them are adjusting the string of bunting used to dress the ship overall fro the vist by Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. The photographer is on the starboard side of the deck looking to port and aft from just abaft the bridge. The Lambie Class B motor lifeboat is not on board
