The men are lined up on the foredeck abreast the port side of the accommodation skylight. The photographer is looking aft showing the back of the Chief Officer. Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, is standing behind Captain Griffiths and is almost completely hidden by him. Two gentlemen are on the port side of the deckhouse top.
