A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Royal Navy sloop-rigged yacht Merlin (1938) under sail off the Tagus at the start of the Lisbon to Bermuda Tall Ships Race. The number 662 is on the Merlin's mainsail and she is said to be operated by the Home Air Command Sailing Association. She is close alongside the after part of the Argentine Navy training ship Libertad (1956), which is seen from off her port side and is under sail on the port tack.
