A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Royal Navy receiving ship Royal Adelaide (1828) under tow in the Thames Estuary.
A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Royal Navy receiving ship Royal Adelaide (1828) under tow in the Thames Estuary. She was transferred from Devonport to Chatham in September 1891 and was towed to Dunkirk for breaking up in 1905. It is believed that this shows her under tow for scrapping. The negative is very slightly unsharp.
