A port bow view of the Royal Navy submarines A7 (1905), A9 (1905) and A10 (1905) in dock at Dover. A10 is the inboard boat with A9 in the centre and A7 outboard. Some crew members are on the casings of A7 and A9. The Dover Harbour Board paddle tug Lady Vita (1882) is berthed alongside a cross-channel ferry on the opposite side of the dock. The negative is slightly cracked.
