A port quarter view, taken from fine off the stern, of the Royal Navy torpedo boat destroyers Jed (1904) and Kennet (1903) alongside a quay in Dover Harbour.
A port quarter view, taken from fine off the stern, of the Royal Navy torpedo boat destroyers Jed (1904) and Kennet (1903) alongside a quay in Dover Harbour. The Kennet is berthed outboard of the Jed. The masts of a brig are beyond the destroyers and the clock tower is in the background. A note on the negative states that the photographer is using Camera C but the date given, 22 July 1904, cannot be correct as neither ship was in service until January 1905.
