A slightly distant port quarter view of the Royal Navy armoured cruiser Black Prince (1904) at anchor, possibly in The Downs. She is wearing standard funnel bands and has an awning rigged aft. Her port forward boat boom is swung out and raised and some of her boat davits are also swung out. One of her steam pinnaces and a cutter are off to starboard. A vertical format negative. Negatives numbers N18639 to N18644 were taken on the same occasion.
