A miniature or model muzzle loading cannon on a wheeled truck, lashed to a wooden platform.

A miniature or model muzzle loading cannon on a wheeled truck. The cannon is cast in metal, possibly bronze, and has a 3 stepped barrel with a breech ring at the rear . It is mounted on a steel block truck fitted with 4 wheels and this wheeled truck is lashed to fixings on the sides of a wooden base board. A heavy duty breech rope is tied to fixings near the front of the base board. The barrel resembles the type of cannon constructed in the 1860-1885 period before the introduction of breech loading ordnance. This may be just a model or it may be a starting gun from a yacht club or similar organisation.
