The tanker loading berth at Mina-Al-Ahmadi, Kuwait

The tanker loading berth at Mina-Al-Ahmadi, Kuwait. The photographer is on shore looking eastwards towards the loading berth. The quayside is in the foreground and an oil tank is on the right hand side. A metal walkway extends from the top of the oil tank across the image from right to left and descends to the quayside in the middle ground. Machinery is next to the walkway on the left hand side of the image. An unidentified oil tanker, seen from off her starboard beam, is berthed alongside a jetty in the background. There is a white circle on the funnel of this tanker, but the symbol is unidentifiable. A partial view of the aft section of an oil tanker is in the background on the right hand side of the image. There is a circle on the white funnel of this tanker, but the symbol is also unidentifiable. A third ship is in the background, in ballast at a jetty.
