A slightly distant starboard bow view of the spritsail barge Atlantic (1884) dried out in Broadstairs harbour, Kent. Her hatch covers have been removed and a discharge chute has been rigged over her starboard bulwark amidships. Her boat is suspended under its davits which have been swung out. Small craft are dried out in the harbour behind the breakwater. The photographer is looking south across Viking Bay. A note on the negative says the photographer is using Camera A.
