The photographer, Miss Walker, is looking north-north-west from near the Marine Station showing the tidal harbour entrance on the right and beyond the entrance is the Prince of Wales Pier. On the left at the shore end of the Admiralty Pier is the Lord Warden Hotel. A note on the negative says the photographer is using Camera B.
