The Upper Pool and Tower Bridge, London.

The Upper Pool and Tower Bridge, London. The photographer is looking west-north-west from on board an excursion vessel that is heading downstream. Butler's Wharf, Bermondsey, is on the left and shipping is berthed on the Shadwell side of the river. A spritsail barge with its sails furled is in midstream. Tower Bridge is closed and the dome of St. Paul's Cathedral is in the background beyond the bridge. A note on the negative says the photographer is using Camera B.
