A starboard bow view of an unidentified brigantine discharging sawn timber into railway trucks alongside the wharf in Harwich harbour, Essex. Two spritsail barges, a ketch and some bawleys are also in the harbour and berthed on the far side of Trinity Pier. The photographer is looking west towards Parkeston Quay.
