Two topsail spritsail barges under sail off Sheerness, Kent. They are both laden and are seen from off the port beam. The barge on the left is owned by the Associated Portland Cement Manufacturing Company. Three other barges are in the background and on the right is a Royal Navy third class protected cruiser at moorings. A coal hulk is in the left background.
