A Coast Guard exercise at Kingsdown, south of Deal, Kent. The unit's equipment has been transported in a four-wheeled wagon and a two sheave blcok and tackle has been rigged to something out of the picture. The men are standing in two ranks of four while two of their number carry out artifical resuscitation on a man laid out on the grass. The unit's officer is watching his men and a well dressed civilian is standing by the equipment wagon.
