Annotations on the drawing state this plan would be sent to Harland & Wolff and bears the signature of B. Ballie [Assistant Secretary at Harland & Wolff]. An Admiralty Minute Board stamp, dated 30 March 1939 is printed on the plan. The drawing also bears the signature of Stanley Vernon Goodall {Director of Naval Construction 1936-1944]. There is a large tear on the roght hand edge of the plan.
