A distant starboard near broadside view, taken from just abaft the beam, of the steam collier F. E. Webb (1891) under way in The Downs. She has a fore staysail rigged. Only the tops of her ventilators, the funnel and her masts are in the picture. All of her hull and superstructure is hidden by the sea swell. A note on the negative says that the photographer is using Camera B. Negative number P51835 was taken on the same occasion.
