A stern view, taken from fine off the starboard quarter, of the motor tugs Halaib (1980) and Trinkitat (1980) berthed at Borkum, Germany. The photographer is standing at the edge of the quay showing the Halaib berthed next to the quay with the Trinkitat berthed outboard of her. A Sudanese flag is flying from the ensign staff on both vessels. The words "Trinkitat, Port Sudan" are painted on the stern of the Trinkitat and the words "Halaib, Port Sudan" are painted on the stern of the Halaib. A single storey building facing the harbour is in the background. This is Slide 6 of a lecture titled "World Wide Ship Delivery" given by Captain Henry P. Bird detailing his service as Chief Officer on board the motor tug Halaib (1980) owned by Sea Ports Corporation of Sudan from 26 March 1980 to 18 April 1980. The lecture consists of 23 slides.
