A port bow view of the paddle oyster dredger Victoria (1882) laid up for sale alongside an Essex river bank. The boat is moored bow-on to the river bank with other vessels either side of it. A small chimney is ahead of the paddle boxes and hand levers are either side of this chimney. A small coach house with a sliding access panel is ahead of the chimney. On the foredeck is a For Sale sign saying "Apply Roach River Oyster Co. Ltd.". A large number of yachts are at anchor or moored in the background. The precise location is unknown.
