A distant starboard near broadside view of the steam collier F. E. Webb (1891) under way in The Downs. She has a fore staysail rigged. Only the tops of her funnel and her masts are in the picture. All of her hull and superstructure is hidden by the sea swell. The negative is slightly out of focus. A note on the negative says that the photographer is using Camera B. Negative number N19734 was taken on the same occasion.
