Inside the extension in Number 5 Machine Shop in Chatham Dockyard. This is a 20th century building with brick walls, lightweight steel roof trusses and twelve pane windows with an opening section in the centre. A small furnace is in front of the window and a row of steel lockers are alongside the window. A pressurised cylinder, possibly a steam boiler, is on the right and a cable winder is in the centre of the picture.
