Vulcan (1849)

Scale 1:48. Plan shows the quarter deck and forecastle for the troopship Vulcan (1849). The title of the drawing "Sketches of the quarter deck and forecastle of Her Majesty's Ship Vulcan, prepared for the purpose of the pivots for the slide guns". There is an illegible signature on the plan. The words "5 June 1848-Vulcan "Sketch of the fore and after part of spar deck showing the racks (?) for pivot guns" are written on the reverse. The drawing is fragile ands torn.
