A jetty with a small building on top is in the middle. the bank of Sambu island and numerous buildings are also in the middle ground. A separate island is in the background on the left hand side of the image. This is Slide 9 of a series of slides detailing Captain H. Bird's service as Second Officer on board the motor tanker Halcyon Days (1958), owned by Court Line Limited, from 5 October 1969 to 16 February 1970. This series contains 10 slides.
