Fishermen on the shore, pushing off a pink
A well composed but very sketchy drawing reminiscent in its subject matter of the beach scenes of Simon de Vlieger. There are several figures in the foreground, possibly including some children. In the middle-distance is a crowd of people pushing off a pink or similar type of vessel. The present attribution to the younger Van de Velde is tentative.
