Scale 1:24. Plan shows the inboard profile, upper deck, hold and sections, as fitted of the first class torpedo boats TB 31 (1886), TB 66 (1886), TB 70 (1886) and TB 72 (1886). The plan bears the signature of H. E. Deadman [Chief Constructor of Portsmouth Dockyard 1886-1892]. There is a Malta Dockyard Chief Constructor's stamp, stating the plan was noted and returned, dated 5 December 1905.
