A group portrait of two Indian crewman on board the bulk carrier London Explorer [ex Overseas Explorer] (1959) at sea. According to the photographers notes, these two crewman are named 'Serang' and Minicoy'. Both crewman are looking at the photographer. There are two open wooden doors on the right hand side of the image. There is a partial view of a third crewman standing behind the other two. This is Slide 2 of a series of slides detailing Captain H. Bird's service as Second Officer on board the bulk carrier London Explorer [ex Overseas Explorer] (1959), owned by London & Overseas Freighters Ltd. from 11 July 1972 to 16 October 1972. The series consists of 39 slides.
