London (1927)
Various scales. A dyeline copy of a plan showing the body plan, outboard profile and longitudinal half breadth, illustrating the docking arrangements, for the County class heavy cruiser London (1927). The body plan is drawn at 1:48 while the outboard profile and longitudinal half breadth are drawn at 1:96. This plan shows modificationns so that it can be used in the Singapore floating dock. The drawing also shows modifications in red ink, in accordance with D of D 1658/28 dated 13 June 1930. A Portsmouth Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 26 September 1930 is printed on the plan. There is evidence of a faded builders stamp on the plan.
