A Harland & Wolff builder's stamp dated 15 May 1954 is printed on the drawing. A Warship Production Superintendent's stamp, dated 15 May 1954 is also printed on the plan. A note on the drawing states that the drawing was unclassified on 2 June 1994 and bears the signature of P. J. Turner. Tables detailing the contents of the magazines and Bomb rooms are printed in between the decks on the plan.
