Round sennit

Round sennit. Made for fancy work. Machine made, it is used as a blind cord; and made up around a core, is otten employed for the sheets of small racing boats. for when wet it will not form dangerous kinks as will cable-laid rope. An example of ropework from a collection of demonstration knots.
